At The Cozy Patio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging (if applicable).
Customized or final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning your item.
2. Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover the cost of handling and inspection.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The fee applies to all returns except in cases of manufacturer defects or damage during delivery.
3. Refund Process
All refunds will be issued in company check format.
If you paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to you via a company check.
Refunds will be processed after the return has been inspected and approved.
4. Return Shipping / Pickup
Customers are responsible any shipping fees and for any return shipping fees unless the item was defective or damaged during delivery.
If you need assistance with a return pickup, please contact our customer service team. Pickup fees may apply.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.
We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund without the restocking fee.
6. How to Return an Item

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
7. California Residents
Under California law, we honor your right to a refund or exchange for defective merchandise.
